Maintenance Technician with Electrical/Automation Background for STC / Scania Industrial Maintenance
We are now looking for a driven and committed maintenance technician to join our team within QFC at Scania Industrial Maintenance.

Your tasks
Your main task will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment. As a maintenance technician, you will work on problem-solving and identifying as well as contributing to necessary improvements on the equipment. You will be responsible for and participate in:
- Conducting root cause investigations
- Order preparation
- Reporting in the maintenance system
- Participating in cross-functional meetings
As a maintenance technician, you will have daily contact with the operation. You will have a job that is independent and varied with changing challenges. You will implement the maintenance plan and work with reactive maintenance in connection with problems on machines and equipment.
Your profile
We are looking for a solution-oriented, structured, engaged, and responsible maintenance technician with a good ability to collaborate with others. To succeed in the role, you have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You do not see obstacles in working at a fast pace and view problem-solving as a challenge.
We also expect you to have:
- A technical education, secondary or higher
- Alternatively, equivalent professional experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
- A valid driver's license (B) is required
- Knowledge of control systems, such as Siemens, ABB, etc.
We consider it a positive if you have previous experience in maintenance.
Additional information
The position is full-time and permanent, located in Södertälje. The working hours are currently daytime with evening shifts every 5th week.
